Kashiwaba, Eijirou
Summary
Eijirou Kashiwaba is a substitute coach brought in at the recommendation of Coach Nishio. Known for his brutal demeanor and Spartan attitude, he makes a harsh impact on his very first day by dismissing Minami from her position as manager and physically punishing Tatsuya, Nishimura, and any other player caught slacking off. While his strict methods force the entire team to work much harder, they strip away the joy of the game, leading many members to quit. Kashiwaba also harbors a deep grudge against Meisei's baseball team stemming from specific events that occurred during his own time as a student there.
