Summary
Summoned by Jester Karture as an Assassin in the fake Holy Grail War in Snowfield, she is a former candidate for the position of Hassan-i Sabbah, the pseudonym shared by the leaders of the League of Assassins, the Hashshashin. Hailing from a nation whose very existence is dismissed as mere legend, she was a girl of profound piety who underwent grueling training to earn her place. Her devotion was so extreme that she was branded a "zealot" and met with disdain, even from those who worshipped the same God. Although her group was already considered a band of fanatics, her convictions far exceeded the norm, earning her that label. She harbored no hatred toward her detractors, attributing their contempt to her own immaturity and the perceived weakness of her faith. Her goal was to become the sect's leader, a role that required acquiring Divine Miracles with the specific purpose of swiftly eliminating heretics and infidels. Past leaders had earned their titles by performing miracles worthy of the Fallen Angel Zabaniya, prompting her relentless pursuit of self-improvement to replicate the feats of her predecessors. She successfully recreated these miracles one by one, yet the World seemed to constantly reject her with an unceasing shout of "Still not enough." Her fellow members were stunned by her rapid achievements, unable to believe what they witnessed. Despite mastering the miracles of all eighteen previous leaders, the sect refused to acknowledge her right to inherit the leadership. She viewed her blood-soaked and sweat-drenched proof as superior to anyone else's understanding of what it truly took to reach that level. The faithful began to shun her, arguing that her achievements were merely copies of old texts and that she had not created her own Miracle due to lingering immaturity. While she lacked the capacity for innovation, their denial was only part of the reason for their rejection. They feared her, having learned all those techniques in just a few years. Their final excuse was that she was too young to bear the title of leader. Though these were hollow justifications, she obeyed without question, turning her gaze inward to question her own faith. She believed herself to be juvenile for defiling the secret techniques of past leaders, blaming no one else while continuing her quest for a unique secret technique. "The Hundred-Faced One," a man capable of masterfully resolving every situation, eventually became the nineteenth leader. When she recognized that Zabaniya: Delusional Illusion was a miracle she did not possess, she felt shame for her own immaturity rather than envy. In the end, she fulfilled nothing and received no acknowledgment. She lived simply as a zealot, denied even the honor of martyrdom for her faith. She spent her life meaninglessly, yet bore no hatred toward the World. Still ashamed of her immaturity and lacking the emotions necessary to hold a grudge, she plunged back into the whirlpool of faith. Her only disdain was reserved for the false idols of infidels, making her a zealot beyond redemption by normal standards. Her story, which should have vanished into the abyss of history like that of any other zealot, was reborn the instant she became the chosen vessel of the False Grail.
