Tosa
Summary
Tosa serves as a Vice Admiral within the Marine forces and was among the nine officers who participated in the Egghead Incident. He is a massive, burly figure distinguished by a large, roundish beard, enormous hairy and muscular arms, and huge hands. His attire consists of a cap emblazoned with the word "MARINES," a dark t-shirt, light-colored pants, and dark boots. As a high-ranking officer, he also drapes a Justice coat over his shoulders.
