Summary
Suleyman holds the title of Duke of Tigris within the New Human Empire. As the highest-ranking noble below Augusta Vradica and Mirka Fortuna, he has dedicated three centuries of his life to the nation. He serves as the Deputy of the Imperial Secret Council and has known Astharoshe since she was a child, regarding himself as her uncle. In reality, he is the apparent leader of the Empire's extremists, plotting to assassinate both the Empress and the Duchess of Moldova to seize the throne. Following Mirka's feigned death, he acts as the Head of the Imperial Secret Council. He wields the Ring of Solomon, an artifact capable of firing deadly energy blasts. Although he harbors deep hatred for the desire for peace between the two races, he ultimately cannot bring himself to kill the Empress. During his revolt, he aims his ring at her but intentionally misses, resulting in his death at the hands of Astaroth.
