Summary
Hyui commands the Wind Army as a member of the Goshasei, employing a technique that lets him cut by manipulating wind pressure. In the manga, he confronts Raou right after entering the story and is swiftly defeated. Before his death, he warns Raou that the rest of the Goshasei will hunt him and Ken. The TV series adds a scene where Hyui encounters Kenshirou before his battle with Raou, and it also reveals that he has a younger brother named Shion.
