Shuugo Daimon is a highly respected baseball coach who has guided his teams to the prestigious Kōshien tournament on multiple occasions, securing victory twice. He was recruited by Vice-Principal Shidō to revitalize the struggling baseball program at Seishū, taking over the role from the previous Coach Maeno. Upon arrival, Daimon assembled a first-string roster using high-profile transfers, effectively demoting the original club members to second string or prefab status, a group he frequently disparaged as a "cesspool." Following a defeat against these prefab players in a subsequent rematch, Daimon was compelled to resign, along with Shidō. He has since assumed the position of head coach at Kurokoma Jitsugyō, where he continues to utilize the same strategy of acquiring top talent to dominate the field.
