Summary
McKinley serves as the leader of the White Berets, the police force within Skypeia, and initially attempts to detain the Straw Hat Pirates upon their arrival in the region. He seems deeply loyal to Eneru until the truth emerges that the deity intends to annihilate Skypeia using his Devil Fruit abilities. At that point, McKinley clarifies that his previous obedience was merely a strategy to protect the inhabitants of the Sky Island. Subsequently, he and his fellow White Berets abandon Eneru’s service to assist Conis in evacuating the Skypeian population.
