Summary
Celonias Rhint is a twenty-seven-year-old man standing five feet eleven inches tall and weighing 154.5 pounds. He was the boyfriend of a woman who used to date Jet and who killed a loan shark in Jet’s hometown. Because of this connection, Rhint has a bounty on his head. He is eventually captured by Jet and sent to jail.
