Presenting himself as a frail, middle-aged businessman adorned with stereotypical devilish traits like horns, bat wings, and a long tail, Fecor serves as the gatekeeper of Seireiden. He greets incoming Denizens and Lords with a polite and timid demeanor, leading newcomers such as Vine to underestimate him as a simple guide. In reality, he is the right-hand man of Bel Peol and holds responsibility for the security of Seireiden. Despite his unassuming appearance, Fecor wields the devastating Unresticted Method known as Magnesia. This technique summons a storm of heavy particles that he controls at will, allowing him to deliver crushing blows to enemies despite its defensive classification. He can also concentrate these particles into massive constructs capable of obliterating his foes.
