The Leukocyte King (白血球王, hakkekkyuu ou) serves as a component of the antivirus system employed by Tama to protect her internal system. Tama reveals that this character’s design is modeled after Gintoki, whom she considers the strongest individual she knows. Visually, he is identical to Gintoki, with the sole exception being his attire, which resembles the costume worn by Loto.
