Summary
Known as Reverse Urashima in the English manga, Uraurashima is a member of the Fractured Fairy Tales who faces off against Kurama during the Semi-Finals. He deceives Kurama into thinking he is fighting under duress, then utilizes the Idunn Box, or Reverse Treasure Box, to revert him to a helpless infant state before delivering the killing blow. The spell proves too potent, however, transforming Kurama back into his ruthless former persona as the Yoko thief. In this state, Kurama attempts to torture Uraurashima to uncover the secrets of the Idunn Box. Before he can reveal any information, Shishiwakamaru throws his sword through the barrier, impaling Uraurashima in the neck and killing him. He is subsequently revealed to be a lesser demon in disguise. His character design draws inspiration from the Japanese folktale of Urashima Tarou.
