Summary
Puppuu serves as the captain of the Piggy Pirates in Arabasta. He committed a fatal error by attempting to rob a port city protected by Crocodile. In response, Crocodile utilized his Suna Suna no Mi abilities to summon a sandstorm that drained the moisture from Puppuu and his crew. It remains unclear if he survived this encounter, though survival appears improbable. His name, which roughly translates to "Oink Oink," was disclosed in Grand Data File: Blue. He first appeared in Chapter 155 and Episode 92.
