Summary
Salt is a demon from the Makyo Star who serves under Garlic Jr. as part of the Spice Boys. He aids Garlic Jr. in defeating Kami on the Lookout and subsequently travels to Kame House with his comrades to kidnap Gohan, following Garlic Jr.'s orders. When Piccolo intervenes, Salt engages in battle alongside the other members. Later, Salt and Mustard confront Gohan and Krillin atop the Lookout. Salt fights Gohan and nearly achieves victory until he fires several Surprise Blasts at the young Saiyan. Krillin leaps in front of Gohan to block the attack, taking the damage instead. Driven to fury by his friend's suffering, Gohan defeats Salt using a Masenko.
