Summary
Shuuji Hanamoto serves as a professor at a Tokyo art university and acts as the overprotective cousin to Hagumi. Having grown up together, he was the sole father figure in Hagu’s life, a role he embraced with deep devotion. He is incredibly dedicated to ensuring her happiness and takes immense pride in her exceptional artistic abilities. Before becoming an educator, Shuuji was a student at the same institution. Although he lacked natural artistic talent himself, his roommates and friends, Rika and Harada, frequently relied on him for assistance with their academic work due to his competence. While he is generally regarded as a wise individual who offers sound advice when needed, he can also become quite nervous and prone to stuttering.
