Summary
Matsuda serves as one of Issei’s closest companions and forms the "Perverted Trio" (変態三人組 Hentai San'nin-gumi) alongside Motohama and Issei, a group recognized as the most lecherous students at the Academy. Identifying himself as a self-proclaimed lolicon, he is known by derogatory nicknames such as "Perverted Baldy" (エロ坊主 Ero-bōzu) and "Sexual Harassment Papparazzi" (セクハラパパラッチ Sekuhara Paparatchi). Despite his current reputation, Matsuda was formerly a jock and a celebrated sports star at the school. He harbors jealousy toward Issei’s involvement with the Occult Research Club and frequently circulates malicious rumors about him, falsely claiming that Issei is a sadist who blackmailed Rias and Akeno into performing sexual acts. Unaware of the truth, Matsuda remains ignorant of the fact that Issei and the club members are actually Devils.
