Summary
Paragus is the father of Broly. When Freeza annihilated Planet Vegeta, Broly utilized a sphere of his own energy to shield both himself and Paragus, transporting them to a different planet. Paragus raised his son and eventually commissioned a scientist to craft a crown designed to restrain and control Broly's rage and immense power. He later devised a scheme to seek revenge against Vegeta, but the plan failed when Broly broke the crown and went berserk. Paragus was ultimately killed by Broly, who launched an escape pod containing him into a comet. Paragus also makes a cameo appearance in Movie 12 as a background villain standing behind Freeza after they escape from hell.
