Lou Nebulis IX, also known as Aliceliese, is the seventeen-year-old Second Princess of the Curia Nebulis. A formidable astral elementaler wielding the power of Ice, she has earned the fearful title of "ice Calamity Witch" from the Empire. Her drive to overthrow the Empire stems from a desire to build a society free from oppression and persecution. While she typically remains emotionally detached during combat, she is actually sensitive and compassionate deep down.
