Summary
Often referred to as a Poké Maniac due to his extensive collection of both common and rare Pokémon, Bill is a celebrated and gifted inventor responsible for creating the original Pokémon Storage System and the Time Capsule. Although Abra was the first Pokémon he ever caught, his personal favorites are Eevee and its various evolutionary forms. In the anime, his sole appearance occurs in the episode Mystery at the Lighthouse (EP013), where he is encountered by Ash, Misty, and Brock at his lighthouse located on Route 25.
