Summary
Yassan is a 16-year-old second-year student at Sanada West High School. While her peers and classmates refer to her by this nickname, it may simply be a shortening of Yasunaga, a name once used by Ikushima. She shares a classroom with Takahiro and Takahiro’s Friend, and she is also familiar with Habara, Ikushima, and the Self-conscious Woman. She frequently loiters along the riverbank, hoping for a destined meeting that mirrors the plot of a novel she is writing. During one such excursion, she encounters Hidenori, who resembles the wind-wielding protagonist of her story. Although she interacts normally with her schoolmates, she adopts a profound demeanor around Hidenori to cultivate a fantasy scenario. If this imagined narrative is disrupted, she reacts with intense fury and violence.
