Summary
Hachibei Takaya is Shinpachi’s childhood friend who endured constant bullying in his youth. Seeking to prove his newfound strength, he eventually joined a local gang. However, after Shinpachi caught him in the act of stealing, he took Hachibei under his wing. Consequently, Taka-chin became an official member of Otsuu-chan’s fanclub.
