Summary
Bisley first appears in Episode 1006 as a Shinuchi within the Beasts Pirates, serving under the command of Sasaki in the Armored Division. His allegiance shifts dramatically during the Raid on Onigashima when he is tamed by the effects of the Kibi Kibi no Mi, prompting him to switch sides and join the Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance. No voice actors have been assigned to this character yet.
