Summary

Rihaku, known as the Ocean General, serves as the military commander of the Goshasei. Distinguished from his peers by his lack of proficiency in martial arts, he primarily relies on intricate traps to defend Yuria from Raoh. Although he stands as the only survivor of the Goshasei against Raoh, he suffers the tragic loss of his daughter Toh, who takes her own life. Rihaku subsequently assumes the role of an elder statesman within the resistance forces of Bat and Lin's Hokuto Army.
