Summary
Lulu Peepley serves as one of the five foremen at Dock One, where he specializes in pitch, block and tackle, and blacksmithing. He typically engages in combat using dual weapons, though his arsenal varies; while he has been observed wielding swords, guns, and saws, he eventually favors swords. A distinctive feature of Lulu is his hair, which constantly sticks up in an unruly manner. When he attempts to flatten it, the hair simply pops up elsewhere, such as on the other side of his head, his mustache, or even on other people’s heads. Most characters find this trait amusing or simply ignore the oddity. However, Lulu can utilize this ability to his advantage in battle by making hair protrude from an opponent's nose, creating a distraction that leaves them vulnerable to his attacks.
