Summary
Hailing from the Tau Ceti Star System, Master Pharaoh 90 is a malevolent alien whose specific origins remain a mystery. This entity manifests solely as a massive black sphere equipped with tentacles. Its objectives differ between adaptations: in the manga, it seeks to merge with Earth to claim it as its new home, whereas the anime version aims to destroy the planet by inducing Silence. Pharaoh 90 manipulated Professor Tomoe by providing the daimon egg for Mistress 9, exploiting his wish to save his daughter. In truth, it only needed to supply a vessel for Mistress 9 so she could open a portal for its arrival. The villain's fate varies by medium; in the anime, it is destroyed by Sailor Moon and Sailor Saturn, while the manga depicts it being driven back to Tau Ceti by Saturn and subsequently sealed away forever by Sailor Pluto. As with other major antagonists in the manga, Pharaoh 90 is ultimately revealed to be an incarnation of Chaos, the series' ultimate foe.
