Imu serves as an ultra-high-ranking authority within the World Government and is the true occupant of the Empty Throne, a position of power so immense that even the Five Elders show reverence by bowing to them. Despite this supreme status, Imu’s very existence remains a closely guarded secret from the rest of the world. Currently, no voice actors have been credited for this character.
