Yura is an old friend and classmate of Rize, serving as the chairperson of the Blowgun Club. She possesses a relaxed and enigmatic demeanor, favoring the role of the prankster over the victim. Yura enjoys teasing Rize to such an extent that it often makes her sulk, frequently causing Rize to behave like a child whenever the two are in each other's company.
