Summary
Gohee Takeda is a skilled hunter renowned for his expertise in training bear dogs. He was responsible for training Shiro and Riki, and also took Gin under his wing at the start of the series. Five years ago, Gohee accompanied Shiro, Gin’s grandfather, on a hunting trip where they were ambushed by the massive bear Akakabuto. During the ferocious attack, the beast tore off Gohee’s left ear, but he managed to shoot out the creature's right eye in retaliation. Despite his considerable abilities, Gohee ultimately lost Shiro to the monster bear, and several years later, he also suffered the loss of Riki.
