As the trusted nekomata companion of Sango, a youkai exterminator raised in a mountain village dedicated to demon slaying, Kirara maintains a deceptive appearance. She typically manifests as a small, adorable feline no bigger than a kitten, featuring cream-colored fur, black ears, distinct black markings, large red eyes, and two tails. However, this cute facade conceals her true form, which is that of a massive saber-toothed tiger-like youkai.
