Summary
Ryoukan serves as a medical-nin from Sunagakure. He is depicted with dark eyes and thin eyebrows, dressed in what appears to be the standard uniform for medical ninja in his village. This attire consists of a red tunic featuring a white poncho-like collar, complemented by a ghutrah and a white forehead protector. Ryoukan is prone to frustration when he finds himself unable to aid his comrades, a sentiment that stems from a deep sense of regret regarding his limitations. Although he is a talented medical-nin with generally excellent chakra control, he and his mentor Sekka were tragically unable to save Kankurou, an event that left him filled with sorrow.
