Summary
Muri serves as the elder of the Namekian village where Dende resides. During an interrogation conducted by Freeza's group, he successfully destroys all of their scouters, an act that significantly delays Freeza's collection of the Dragon Balls before he is subsequently killed. Upon being revived by the Dragon Balls, Muri is appointed as the new grand elder, granting him the power to return the Dragon Balls to life. After journeying to the New Namek, he amplifies the energy of the Dragon Balls, thereby enabling Porunga to fulfill the wish of resurrecting multiple individuals at once.
