Summary
Hugh is a young boy hailing from Hiougi City and serves as a childhood friend to Kyouhei. The two received their inaugural Pokémon together. He possesses a deep passion for both Pokémon battles and the strength of his creatures. Additionally, Hugh is a devoted older brother to his younger sister. He holds a strong resentment toward the newly formed Team Plasma.
