Summary
Making their debut exclusively in the manga and musical adaptations, Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi stand as Galaxia’s most devoted subordinates. Chi derives her name from the Greek letter Chi, represented by the symbol X. The duo sports comparable ensembles distinguished by color; Chi wears a green outfit that exposes her midriff and features a long skirt with a thigh-high slit, while Phi dons a red attire that covers her torso and ends in pants. Both wield staffs topped with a sun emblem, which they utilize in combat. Additionally, Sailor Phi employs a technique known as Galactica Plants Blizzard. Functioning as the Starseed Gardeners, or the Garden Crystal Senshi, they are tasked with guarding the starseeds housed within the gardens surrounding Galaxia’s palace. They act as messengers for their mistress, monitoring her other servants and reporting on their activities. Sailor Phi makes her initial appearance in Act 45 to report the failure of Sailor Aluminum Siren, while Sailor Chi arrives later in Act 48. Together, they are responsible for the demise of all three Sailor Starlights, Princess Kakyuu, and likely numerous others. Although they are defeated by Eternal Sailor Moon in Act 49, their actions significantly boost Sailor Galaxia’s power before their defeat.
