Summary
The Kung Fu Dugongs are a unique species of Dugong residing in Arabasta, renowned for their exceptional martial arts prowess and physical strength. They adhere to a strict code of honor which dictates that upon being defeated, a Dugong must pledge allegiance and become the follower of their victor. This obligation extends to any disciples accompanying their master. Currently, their master is Luffy, who inadvertently defeated all of them, thereby claiming their loyalty. These creatures inhabit the Sandora River.
