Summary
Toshinou Kyouko is the founder of the amusement club. She behaves in such a wild manner that no one can keep up with her, but since no one even attempts to do so, it ultimately doesn't matter. In reality, she is an otaku who creates her own doujinshi featuring Mirakurun, an anime character from Yuru Yuri. Her favorite ice cream flavor is rum raisin.
