Summary
As a shapeshifter, Fukuma's true form remains a mystery, and she frequently adopts the appearances of various women, often presenting an inverted version of their skin tone, hair color, and attire. Despite this tendency, she possesses the capability to perfectly match a target's natural coloring when she chooses to impersonate them. Although she lacks a physical form of her own, Fukuma favors adopting the guise of Ren Yamashiro, specifically with an inverted aesthetic: pink hair, tanned skin, white clothing accented with purple, and a green cape against a white background, all of which distinguish her from the real Ren. Like the other members of the Eight Thunder God, Fukuma holds humans in contempt and underestimates them, believing her species to be superior. She displays immense confidence in her abilities, allowing her to infiltrate the Anti-Demon Corps by assuming the identities of its members. Despite this arrogance, she takes her duties seriously, conducting surveillance and studying the individuals she mimics to effectively deceive their allies. While she is an opportunist, her perceptiveness prevents her from pursuing plans that ultimately work against her interests. However, as the second youngest member of her group, Fukuma can act childishly and is prone to lashing out when her schemes fail, a trait evident during her confrontation with Varvara. Her primary ability involves altering her appearance at will, allowing her to assume the exact form and clothing of others. For reasons unknown, she most frequently mimics Ren, though she has also taken the forms of Varvara, Bell, and Kyouka. Her transformations are often imperfect, characterized by negative color contrasts; for instance, where Ren has light skin and black hair, Fukuma appears with dark skin and light hair. Yet, as demonstrated when she neutralized Bell, she can achieve a perfect replica of a target's skin tone and hair color. This mimicry is not flawless, however, as Yuuki noted that her body and skin feel different from the original. Beyond visual disguise, Fukuma has complete command over her bodily shape and volume, enabling her to transform into anything she desires. She can also shrink her body into a minuscule figure to evade incoming attacks.
