Summary
Shigeo forms one half of the inaugural official couple in Class 2-C. Before his relationship with Madoka, he had never kissed a girl. He was initially selected as one of the five runners for the men’s relay team for Class 2-C but was eliminated during the 100m dash after falling over Napoleon. Although he possesses a trusting nature and believes in the inherent goodness of others, he recognizes that not everyone shares this perspective. Additionally, he does not seem to mind groveling. His current girlfriend is Madoka, though he often appears insecure within the relationship, frequently questioning her actions. During the school cultural festival, this insecurity was highlighted when Madoka gave her phone number to one of her customers. Later, during the survival test, Shigeo refused to shoot Madoka, who was positioned on the opposing army. This hesitation demonstrated his deep devotion to their relationship; however, Madoka was eager to participate in the Tea House event and had no qualms about shooting him.
