Summary
Saisei is a zombie warrior who serves Saishi, wielding a naginata in combat. In the manga, she was slain by Akira after he overcame her ability to warp damage inflicted upon her to her opponents. Despite her defeat, Akira held her in high regard because of her fierce determination to protect Shinrei, a man she harbored secret feelings for. During the anime adaptation, Saisei engaged in battle with Benitora and Migeira at the gates of Mibu Castle. She attempted to consume Yuya by absorbing her into her body, which existed within an endless spatial void, but was ultimately defeated from the inside by Yuya.
