Summary
Yuuri Suzuki serves as the protagonist of the narrative. Beginning the series at the age of fifteen, she is a confident young woman eager to support any charitable endeavor. Her intellect far surpasses that of her contemporaries, granting her an advanced understanding of ironworking and twentieth-century medical hygiene practices. Frequently finding herself in scenarios that seem to validate her identity as Ishtar, she is widely regarded as possessing divine abilities and is believed by most to be the living incarnation of the goddess of love and war. Consequently, she is commonly addressed as Yuri Ishtar. Despite this revered status, she maintains a tomboyish demeanor, favoring men’s clothing for its practicality, a choice that often troubles her handmaids.
