Kashino, Isafuyu
Summary
As the daughter of the priest at Mapputatsu Temple, Isafuyu possesses a shy demeanor. She first appears when Grandpa Kunieda brings Oga and the others to stay overnight at the temple, where she quickly identifies Baby Beel’s true demonic nature and reacts with significant fear. Kunieda asks for her assistance in learning how to combat demons so that he, Oga, and Tojou can better confront the 34th Pillar Squad. To aid Kunieda’s training, Isafuyu leads him to Koma, a demon residing near the Mapputatsu Shrine. Isafuyu is spiritually sensitive, allowing her to detect whether individuals are demons simply by looking at them, a skill that enabled her to recognize the considerable strength of Baby Beel. Beyond identifying demons, she can sense the presence of ghosts and is capable of performing exorcisms on both demons and spirits. During her battles against demons, she receives assistance from Koma.
