Summary
Cartaphilus, also referred to as Joseph or the "Wandering Jew," is a mysterious entity who appears as a young boy despite his advanced age. Known as the "Magician of the Flow," he is said to have been cursed with immortality by "God's Son" long ago. Lacking any clear purpose, he acts as a monster who simply follows his whims, traveling the world to experiment on both the living and the dead. Although he engages in these experiments, he has apparently forgotten the original reason why he does so.
