Summary
Ran is a Kuja pirate who initially conversed with Momonga. She appears to be one of the more knowledgeable and prominent members of the Kuja crew. She once revealed to a younger Amazon the story behind Hancock's supposed stone powers and why no one was allowed into the castle during her bath time. Ran was also the first to recognize Luffy's Haki as Haoushoku Haki in the Battle Arena, as well as acknowledging his strength when he defeated Bacura with a single blow. She received the newspaper announcing Ace's upcoming execution, which she delivered to Elder Nyon. After the trials in the Arena, she welcomed back the newly de-petrified Marguerite and was seen laughing with her fellow Kuja while enjoying the subsequent party. Her final appearance showed her bidding farewell to Hancock and Luffy as they boarded Momonga's ship, promising to help care for their country in their absence.
