A former operative of the elite Italian Navy unit COMSUBIN, he possesses the Blue pacifier. His dynamic with Reborn is defined by a mutual rivalry; the two frequently dismiss each other’s attacks as weak before retaliating. Despite this competitive edge, Colonnello shares several characteristics with Reborn, including his role as a ruthless tutor, his habit of taking sudden naps, and his sharp tongue, though he uniquely ends his sentences with the word "hey." His military background makes him comfortable wielding heavy artillery, demonstrated by his ability to annihilate an entire fleet of ships using a single anti-tank rifle.
