Deckman 10
Summary
Deckman 10 appears in a handful of scenes within the manga. He is the official who registers Alita as a hunter-warrior at Factory 33. When Hugo starts climbing one of the Factory's tubes, Deckman 10 warns Alita about the defensive tube rings. Later, he delivers a judgment against her for the Class A offense of using a handgun to defeat Zapan. In the OVA, he pays Daisuke Ido for a bounty. Currently, no voice actors are credited for this character.
