Summary
Lupa serves as both a homemaker and bookkeeper for Purio. While he is primarily her partner in the Mamodo battle, she views him as a substitute for her own son, who passed away from a heart condition shortly before they met at the boy's gravesite. Driven by this maternal affection, Lupa goes to great lengths to love and shield Purio from the dangers of the tournament as well as his own foolishness. She dotes on Purio to ensure his desires are met, sometimes even employing spells to assist him in achieving his goals. Occasionally, she exploits his powers for selfish or malicious purposes. Although she is ready to face danger to protect him from his foes, she can also be just as cowardly as her partner, often using his spells as a means to flee and survive another day.
