Summary
Mitsugai Amagi serves as the founder and former CEO of the Amagi Corporation, an organization built upon his conviction that a rigid separation between the wealthy and the impoverished is necessary. Driven by his ambition to engineer the ideal artificial humans, he launched the N.E.T. Project, a endeavor that ultimately backfired when his creations, known as Players, managed to escape his control. Burdened by a profound sense of guilt regarding this catastrophe, Mitsugai initiated Project Z.E.T. in an attempt to rectify his mistakes, only to see his plans thwarted once more due to the betrayal of Kanzaki. This series of setbacks left him obsessed with reclaiming ZET, as he struggled repeatedly to produce a suitable replacement. Although his tactics were historically characterized by their brutality, his demeanor appeared to soften following the second destruction of his laboratory at the hands of the Players.
