Summary

Born on January 14th, the female character known as Kuutar is the Moon Goddess of Nod-Krai and formerly held the title of The Damselette, the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. While she carries many names, including Welkin Moon's Homecoming, Moon Maiden, Trilune Goddess, Goddess of the Frost Moon, New Moon, and Moon Goddess, her friends address her as Columbina Hyposelenia, a name she prefers. Originally cast into solitude from the moment of her creation within an unkind world, she was once a wanderer of looping paths and fading memories. She eventually found her identity through the bonds she formed and the quiet hopes she claimed as her own. Her history includes affiliations with the Three Moons, the Frostmoon Scions, the Fatui, and the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, though she is currently associated with Nod-Krai and Snezhnaya. Columbina Hyposelenia wields a Catalyst and possesses a Hydro Vision. Her appearance is defined by several white, feather-like ribbons on the back of her head that resemble dove wings. She wears a white, X-shaped lace mask that covers her eyes and a flowing white and indigo-blue dress featuring large hanging panels that drape from her shoulders like a very long shawl. A ribbon bow is tied around her neck, and a blue, crescent-shaped gem adorns her chest. Although she is barefoot, ribbons are tied around her feet and ankles, and she appears to utilize a floating ball and crescent that functions as a high heel. Her harbinger cloak is distinguished by a white gem.
