Summary
Sekiou is a madogu wielder and murderer who served a two-hundred-year prison sentence before coming to work for Kurei. After suffering an initial defeat at the hands of Domon, he was decapitated by Kurei, who then presented Sekiou’s head to the Hokage. He is the younger brother of Gaō, who later seeks vengeance for his sibling’s death.
