Suginami, Ikaruga
Summary
Suginami Ikaruga is a first-year student at the academy who displays genius-level aptitude in maintaining and crafting weapons, tinkering with machinery, and hacking. She shares a close friendship with Takeru, having been classmates since their middle school days. Although she was recruited by a special division named Regin prior to high school, she declined the offer, insisting on experiencing a "Youthful school life" instead. Consequently, upon entering high school, she was assigned to the 35th Test Platoon.
