Summary
Mihai, also known as Mihaeroff, is a retired assassin who possesses a comically poor sense of direction. Despite being significantly older than the other characters, he maintains a muscular physique, sporting scruffy facial hair and scars across his body. His extensive background as a gangster has instilled in him a remarkable ability to remain calm under pressure. He shares a long-standing friendship with Kiri, the owner of a local restaurant and a former prostitute. While it remains unclear if they ever engaged in sexual relations, they are firmly established as close friends. Ten years before the story begins, Mihai worked as a hired gun for a mobster and served as a mentor to the boss’s son, Ian, a young man with severe psychological disturbances. During that period, Mihai was romantically involved with a prostitute named Milena, but the relationship ended when Ian, now a teenager, brutally murdered her after intercourse. Later in the narrative, Mihai confronts Ian and fails to protect him during an assassination attempt. He subsequently assists Badō in escaping from gangsters and, in recent chapters, is seen shielding the passengers of a derailed train from an advancing army of unidentified assassins while trapped within an underground tunnel.
