Summary
Boris Feulner is a member of the Military Police stationed in the Stohess District. He once defended Annie against his colleagues when she arrived late for duty, urging them to give her some leeway. Boris reasoned that since Annie was the only one in her squad to experience actual combat during the Defense of Trost district, she was likely still suffering from trauma. Later, when Marlo shared his ambition to reform the Military Police, Boris wished him luck in a rather nonchalant manner.
